Are you going to get yours?

The Centers for Disease Controls recommends annual flu shots for all people age 6 months or older, particularly those with asthma or other respiratory disorders because they are at a greater risk of complications from the flu. The flu season is upon us; therefore, it is imperative that you receive your influenza vaccine as soon as possible. We are notifying you that we have received our vaccine supply for this year, and are ready to vaccinate you.

You may receive your vaccination at any time during normal hours without an appointment. If you choose to go elsewhere for the immunization, please call our office (414) 529-8500 to inform us when you have received it so we can update our records. Please let us know when you or your child has been vaccinated, or if the vaccine won't be received this year (e.g., egg allergic, against your beliefs, etc).
