The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center is now offering a Virtual Clinic by appointment. The process is simple and can be done from any computer or mobile device with a webcam. Our telemedicine vendor provides service right in your web browser – there is no need to download any apps to your device or create any accounts. Simply follow the link at the bottom of this page to head over to the Virtual Clinic, type in your name, and you're ready to be seen. It's that easy!

How does the virtual visit work?

Your physician will initiate a video chat from the Virtual Clinic Waiting Room once it is time for your appointment. During the visit, your allergist will have access to your full chart as though you were in the office, and providers can share their screen if needed to review previous testing results. If you have visible signs such as hives, our allergists can examine them via video and even capture images for your chart. All communication is fully secured, encrypted, and compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

Will I be able to get allergy tests or lung function testing?

Yes, all of our services remain available during the pandemic. But to reduce exposures for both our patients and staff, information gathering is done via telemedicine from the safety of your own home or office, even with patients new to our practice. If allergy or asthma testing is needed, we'll schedule your testing and make sure staff members are available to perform testing without any delay or waiting. We'll then review the results with you via telemedicine and discuss next steps.

Let's get started!

Make sure you are in a private place with a strong internet connection. We recommend using headphones both for privacy and to prevent audio feedback. When it's time for your appointment, click below to enter the Waiting Room.

Attention iPhone and Mac Users

Unfortunately some users are experiencing audio glitches when using the telemedicine platform due to a software error in a recent release of Safari for both iPhones and Macs. We have verified this issue will be resolved in an update later this month. In the meantime, it is preferable to access the platform using Google Chrome on a computer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
